Firstly we apologise for not submitting a report last month but we have had a few technical problems with email attachments.

Wow this month has nearly killed me! Renshi, Leigh Keyte, Jenny Lawson and I have been travelling down to the Honbu at every opportunity to train on Friday nights, and get some private coaching on Saturdays. This has taken some doing as it takes about 4 hours to drive there from Worcestershire. It has been well worth it to train with Sempai Sheila and Sensei Andy who have given up loads of their free time to teach us the Ishin Ryu syllabus. We have also managed to fit in a couple of bare foot runs on top of our already busy week.

Don't know how I manage to teach nine hours a week, go to work full time and go to the gym! This explains why Renshi has lost so much weight we just don't have time to eat!

We have welcomed Jenny Lawson to our Dojos and her enthusiasm is refreshing, she has spent what feels like every waking hour training with us, not just Ju-Jitsu but circuit training, running (bare foot variety), and fed dress shopping! Both Leigh and Jenny just love anything that is painful and causes bruises so they seem to train well together.

Shannon is student of the month again for Offenham.

Kit Callaghan who trains at both Redditch and Kingsley Dojos has been giving up his spare time to help out as uke for me at a new class I have been teaching at Pitcheroak special school, thanks kit hope you get hours of pleasure (AKA PAIN) from your Christmas present.

Other adults from Offenham and Kingsley Dojos have been working extra hard trying to learn the new syllabus (yes it changed again). Kingsley students have been working so hard on Kubaton techniques that their fingers are almost bleeding!

Juniors from both Offenham and Redditch Dojos enjoyed the Halloween party where everyone dressed up, I think Renshi may have scared a few juniors with his costume but that's nothing new! We had lots of themed games and far too many sweets, so we had better apologise to parents for sending their kids home hyperactive. Juniors from all Dojos are now busy learning new techniques so will deserve their Christmas break.

Halloween fun at Redditch.
Think we may be over training Leigh.

Renshi, Jenny, Leigh and I are now looking forward to the national adult gradings in Borehamwood and of course Combat training wing training this Saturday (8th Dec), if we don't see you there Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all of the federation from the Worcestershire Dojos.
