We have been allocated our very own Dojo within the Hemel Sports Centre, conveniently located on the ground floor with nearby changing rooms and toilet facilities.

The Dojo provides a spacious wall to wall matted area complete with mirrored walls. The Dojo also offers a separate seating area and video playback facilities.

Each age group have dedicated training times making The Hemel Dojo the only centre to run continuously for 5 hours, starting with the Infant class at 5.00pm - 5.45pm then the Junior class from 6pm - 7pm followed by the Intermediate class between 7pm - 8pm and finally the senior class for 2 hours between 8pm - 10pm.

All classes are structured to offer the student a comprehensive lesson including some basic fitness training followed by self defence techniques and syllabus work.
